🔹 Project Manager

Lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure quality standards are met across commercial, institutional, and industrial builds.

 

🔹 Site Supervisor

Take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll supervise crews, manage schedules, and maintain high standards of workmanship on-site.

 

🔹 Estimator

Responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimates for construction work. Evaluate materials, labor, equipment, and timelines to prepare detailed bids and budgets, ensuring projects are both competitive and financially viable. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information and identify potential risks or cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial, institutional, and industrial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
